Based in South Florida, the Canadian-born Jamaican artist’s music style is a blend of roots reggae, rock, R&B, and world music. Performing live as early as 5 years of age, Najeebah the Hemp Goddess has music in her veins.
Backed by 420 Broward Music Group, The Hemp Goddess’ first solo project features DJ Raw Miami, legendary Miami executive producer and philanthropist. For her second project, the artist teamed up with the talented multi-platinum producer & multi-instrumentalist Moonshyne Brown and released the blazing single “Smokin’ Marijuana”; fittingly released on 04/20/2021. With stellar production from Brown and engaging, melodic vocals from Najeebah the Hemp Goddess, “Smokin’ Marijuana” is a modern-day fusion of classic rock and soulful reggae. The Hemp Goddess enlightens and engages her listeners with her third single, the soulful Caribbean rock track “I’m Good”. The rhythmic tempo produced, composed, arranged by Brown and the clear upbeat message from The Hemp Goddess are an obvious win for the artist. The single is set for release January 25, 2023.
